Associate / AVP
Based in London, the Associate will work hand-in-hand with Transaction Banking and Coverage teams across all EMEA markets to achieve ambitious sales targets and deploy innovative products and features.
Structure and coordinate Payments commercial push in collaboration with Transaction Banking and Coverage. Prepare and attend sales presentations and commercial pitches. Support local sales teams on ad hoc client enquiries: pricing, product customization, high value transactions… Contribute to raising the Payments DNA internally, through sales trainings, KPIs, best practices, and client use cases. Produce and maintain marketing materials (product pitch, RFP building blocks, success stories). Harvest data to provide actionable insights to drive the commercial activity: Deep-dive into revenue drivers and client activity to derive key business trends and insights. Use internal and external data to identify new business opportunities (clients, sectors, partnerships).
Product Development:
Contribute to EMEA product roadmap (rate transparency, currency coverage,)
Support the rollout of new product features in EMEA markets, in collaboration with the central Product team and coordination with local stakeholders. Leverage product developments to streamline internal workflows and digitize client journeys.
Essential

Preferred
Project Management experience is a plus. Data Management skills highly appreciated. Pre-existing knowledge of Transaction Banking, FX and/or international payments preferred.
